How do I get started?
Choose how you want to work with Ruth: order a Ruth Recon report, choose a Ruth Radar plan, or apply for Ruth Autopilot. Not sure? Take the three-question quiz or book a free 30-minute consult. No card is needed to sign up.
How am I billed?
Ruth Recon is US$29.90 per report. Ruth Radar is billed monthly: Basic US$49.90 and Pro US$149.90 at launch prices, with Advance quoted for your setup. Ruth Autopilot has no upfront fee: you pay an agreed commission on monthly GMV. We confirm your order or plan first, then email a secure payment link. Prices are in US dollars, and your receipt arrives by email after each payment.
When is my command centre ready?
We connect your channels first, then Ruth Radar updates on your plan's schedule: weekly on Basic, daily on Pro and custom on Advance. Most clients have a live command centre within 30 days.
How do I receive my reports?
Ruth Radar reports go to the account owner by email and WhatsApp: weekly on Basic, and daily, weekly and monthly on Pro and Advance. Ruth Recon reports arrive by email.
Who can log in?
Ruth Radar Basic includes 1 login and Pro includes 3. Advance adds separate CEO, CMO and executive views.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
